Monocl offers several export features to facilitate your workflow. The following export options are currently available:

a. Export experts from workspaces in the Expert Module
b. Export experts from projects
c. Export a single expert profile, including all research activities, from his/her profile page

a. Export experts from workspaces in the Expert Module

Export a desired number of experts from the workspace in the Expert Module. Simply press the export button (indicated by the red circle in picture below) and select the number of experts you would like to export. You may export to the following file formats:

  • Microsoft Excel (xlsx)
  • Powerpoint (pptx)
  • CSV (for CRMs such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Veeva CRM)

You will receive a notification when the file is ready for download. The exported experts are presented in the same order as presented in Monocl. You are therefore able to export experts with different sorting options. Each export file includes hyperlinks to Monocl so that you may quickly reach the single profile from the exported file.

The CSV export is tailored for all of you who would like to integrate the exported content into a CRM, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Veeva CRM, SAP CRM, Pipedrive etc. Please contact us in case you have questions and make sure to review the import wizards in your CRM.

b. Export experts from your projects

You may export the data in your different projects including experts, publications, clinical trials and grants. Simply click on the export icon (indicated by the red square below). You will receive a notification when the file is ready for download. The exported experts/content is presented in the same order as presented in your project.

c. Export a single expert profile, including research activities

Single expert exports are usually very informative since all research activities for a specific expert are included. To export the research activities of a single expert, simply click the export button (indicated by blue square in picture below) within a profile. You will receive a notification when the file is ready for download.

The single expert export file (xlsx) contains the following information:

  • The profile overview
  • The expert's top collaborators
  • The expert's publications
  • The expert's clinical trials (if available)
  • The expert's grant payments (if available)
  • The expert's industry payments (if available)
